So...is My Chemical Romance officially writing there next album or not?

I do a lot of blogging for my computer cl and I write about MCR alot and everytime i look something up on them I dont really get anything new. I have read that they were supposed to start writing there next album but dont know when and it is all confusing. I want a simple direct answer. and if you know a good website where they keep it updated every few weeks then plzz let me know...cause i can't find a good updated one!!
