What other fun things can I send to my soldier husband in Afghanistan to keep in touch? (tasteful answers plz)

Besides little things that he needs, I have sent him so far: the Sunday comics, a homemade crossword puzzle, home video DVDs of our little boy, handmade picture book, funny stories from newspaper, SASEs, hunting magazines. Though he's not the mushy type I've thought about writing an old fashion froofy love letter.
