Differentiate between the limit of resolution of the typical light microscope and that of the unaided human ey

They are not strictly comparable. The resolution of a microscope depends on the wavelength of the light being used; nothing much smaller than that can be resolved. The resolution of the human eye is determined by the ratio between the size of the pupil and the wavelength of light; it turns out to be about one minute of arc.
