I froze spaghetti sauce, how do I unfreeze it?

Hi SS, You could either let the sauce defrost on it's own or microwave it. As for the pasta if it was not in a sauce when frozen I would just make some more - or pour some boiling water over it until it separates then drain it and add it to your sauce and either bake it or microwave it. Your sauce might separate when defrosted - just beat it for a minute and it should combine. I hope this helps,all the best. Rab
