Is this story true about Mohammed?

I have a Quran at home but haven't found this story anywhere, although it does sound familiar for some reason. Supposedly he was asked to raise someone from the dead, but instead he raised up a skeleton. Is there any truth about this story? Anyone have any references in the Quran for where it is located?
