Do you think Snape ever punished Pettigrew when the latter was at the former's house?

Snape could punish most people just by looking at them. Even father raping murders were a little afraid of him. Snape would condition Pettigrew, for obedience. He would let Pettigrew know that McNair planed to turn him inside out (like in the forbidden book) because he was a turn coat. Snap would convince Pettigrew that he was protecting him from the other death eaters who considered Peter to be little better than a mudblood. After Snap was done, Pettigrew would be Snap's snitch inside the Malfoy home.
