What should I wear to a foam party..?

I think you should wear a bikini but a cute sundress/cover-up over it. You can keep the sundress on if thats what others wear but if everyones in a bikini ou can take it off maybe wear some concealer or foundation so you'll look good, because eye makeup will run and you'lll look like a racoon. :)
