My dog keeps vomiting. Help!?

I think there is little anybody here can offer by way of a solution really. Your dog (what is it with all these sick bitches just now??!!) is elderly, and this could be down to literally anything going on with her internally. I think you need to have a complete Blood workup done, and probably a scan/x-ray too. She's been with you for a long time now, so surely you owe it to get her treatment so her final days are spent pain-free?
