How to find girl friend in church ?

I seldom attend youth fellowship in church. There are so many people in youth fellowship and there is a big group. I am shy to talk to anyone else. I want to find a girl to be my friend but I cannot get it. There are so many girls whom I did not know them very well. What can I do in order to start a conversion with girl so that I can become her friend.
