How can i find out if i can see my granddaughter? she was taken into dcf custody?

my granddaughter was sent to live with her other maturnal grandparents until her parents are done being stupid.. but there stupidity shouldnt have to make all of us suffer,i would like to take her for the day or night like we use to,i havent got to see her know in almost 2 weeks but i dont want to do anything that would jeperdize her from being removed from where she was placed and into a total stranger home?? i love and miss my sweet granddaughter very much,i took care of her for a year because her mother wasnt ready to be a mother!!
