What do you think about Obama tonight?

I do not think that him calling Senator McCain by his first name was meant to be disrespectful.I have other individuals that work under my position and I would much rather them refer to me by my first name than anything else.It shows me that they consider me enough ,that they can just truthfully address whatever their concerns are as an equal human being (as opposed to simply their superior) And I will consider them the same.They are both Senators and I am sure that outside of the election they have probably dealt with each other in some form or fashion.
