When you were in love did you ever only see that person's face?

Were you ever in love with someone so much that when you were close to her or him, you could literally only see that person's face and the whole rest of the world disappeared or turned dark? And you also forgot about everything and everyone else for that moment and became completely distracted and hypnotized? I've been in love a bunch of times but only experienced that with one girl. I thought she was perfect for me but she told me she was taken.
