As long as they're short, are there any long term health problems that could come from having cold showers?

My boiler is broken so I don't have any hot water but I still need to have showers like everyone else! I haven't noticed any health problems and I have been having them for several weeks now. It's just really uncomfortable initially with the cold shock followed by the short-lived (2 minute) headache. I was wondering if there were any long-term side effects I should watch out for.
