Question for Texas people?

One of my friends is a stand up comedian and is trying to come up with some funny things texans believe in or even do as oppose to other kinds of states. However, i don't have anything regarding funny things we believe in Texas. Can anyone tell me any hilarious things us texans say, do, or believe in?
