Is it true that the mormon church is the 7th largest economy in the western hemisphere?

The main reason the LDS church appears wealthy on paper is all of the property they own. The difference between it and other denominations is that most have each congregation hold the title to the property, and are relatively independent little churches, while the LDS faith is more centralised. All churches have their title held by the LDS Church and not independently.
