Can I leave Proactiv Refining Mask on my forehead overnight?

I have five zits on my forehead that I wanted to get rid of by tomorrow because I have a dance. Is it okay to leave it on those five zits overnight? One of the zits hurts and I put it on and it burns a little tiny bit. Should I rinse it off? :/
